• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all labels and tags still attached.
• If you are returning shoes, please ensure they are returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. The box must be securely double-packed to avoid any damage during shipping. If the shoe box is damaged, we may need to deduct a portion from your refund according to our terms and conditions.
